For lovers of hiking, the region has an infinite number of routes. A landscape of varied natures full of ravines, rivers and mountain ranges, natural walls that are suitable for all levels. You cannot leave the Puertos de Beceite without seeing places such as La Caixa or the iconic Peñas del Masmut.

A journey of 4.5 billion years in which you will hear the first heartbeats of the Earth, discover how life arose and with it the most extraordinary creatures that have ever existed. Here you will see the original bones of Tastavinsaurus sanzi, a dinosaur that lived more than 100 million years ago and was found here, as well as a life-size replica of a 17-metre-long dinosaur, the only one of its kind in Spain. In addition, audiovisuals and a reproduction of a site will help you to learn how a dinosaur is excavated.

The Vía Verde de la Val del Zafán is an old railway line that has been converted into a cycle touring route. It used to link Puebla de Hijar with Tortosa, passing through different regions of Aragon and Catalonia. The 80-kilometre route runs through fields of olive, almond and pine trees, through tunnels and viaducts with spectacular views, crossing the river Algars and reaching the sea and the Ebro Delta natural park.

It is a unique complex in the world dedicated to the world of motor racing. Created for motor lovers, it has six circuits, a speed circuit, an international karting circuit and four dirt circuits including autocross, supermotard, dirt-track and motrocross. It hosts international events such as the Moto GP Grand Prix and the Le Mans Series.

The Matarraña is a paradise for birdwatching with a great variety of resident and visiting birds all year round. Discover the Mas de Bunyol bird observatory, a unique place in Europe for birdwatching. Such as the griffon vulture, Egyptian vulture and black vulture. Also specimens of Bonelli's eagle, together with the golden eagle and the falcon, share their habitat with other nocturnal birds such as the eagle owl.
